News flash! New Hyatt properties
on the horizon
Extra, Extra! Take a look at the latest Hyatt property updates, hot off the press:

  • Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is now open! This 350-room property features 18,500 square feet of meeting space. Your group can also enjoy this property's fabulous amenities, including a spa, rooftop pool, spectacular water views of the Delaware River and much more.

  • Also just opened is the 350-room Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, where guests can utilize more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 12,000-square-foot ballroom, six meeting rooms and a boardroom. And, with a 16,000-square-foot spa, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gary Panks and an outdoor event area with a breathtaking view of the Rio Grande River, your group can truly have it all.

  • And, this just in — Hyatt has been chosen to operate the highly anticipated hotel across from the recently expanded Colorado Convention Center! The new, 1,100-room hotel will boast the largest grand ballroom in the state, with 30,000 square-feet of space. The property will also contain a 15,000 square-foot junior ballroom, as well as an additional 25,000 square feet of meeting space upon completion in mid-2003.

The new hotel will compliment the two existing Hyatts in the Denver area. The 511-room Hyatt Regency Denver is located in the heart of the downtown business and entertainment district, while the 450-room Hyatt Regency Tech Center is the focal point for Denver's technological center.
