After graduating from Michigan State University, Kay launched her career in the travel sales industry. During the past 19 years, she has gained the knowledge and the know-how to become the leader she is today. According to General Manager Hendrick Santos, "Kay is a very well-rounded salesperson. That's something you can only achieve with time and experience."

Kay knows the area's beautiful climate and location contribute greatly to the success of meetings. "Imagine a crystal clear 70-degree day in January. Your attendees are golfing on a lush, green golf course, relaxing by the pool or attending an outdoor event with the snowcapped mountains as a backdrop," she says.
