To use this service, select the "Go to" menu and click on "Car Pricing Information." This takes you to LaSalleCars, where you'll find information and resources that make shopping for a car simple.
LaSalleCars can help you find the right car at the right price. Select "New" or "Used Car Pricing" and look for the make and model that interests you. We'll show you the dealer-invoice price -- what the dealer pays the factory for the car -- and the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), the manufacturer's asking price. You can even view the options available on the car.
Use this information to determine a fair price for a car. Experts advise negotiating up from the dealer-invoice price, not down from the MSRP. Aim to pay 4 percent to 8 percent above dealer invoice.
