HOW TO ENTER: You will be automatically entered when you complete and return the WestAwards® and Red Lion ClubTM Member Survey, or complete and submit the member survey online at www.netletter.net/wc/survey. Any mass entries or reproductions are disqualified. All online entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on April 1, 2003. Or you may enter by mailing a 3" x 5" postcard with your name, age, address, WestAwards or Red Lion Club member number and telephone number to the "WestAwards Guest Service Center" c/o WestCoast Hospitality Corporation, 201 W. North River Dr., Spokane, WA 99201. Your entry must be postmarked by April 1, 2003, and received by April 10, 2003. International entries: Place survey in envelope and mail with appropriate postage to the address below, or submit survey online at http://www.netletter.net/wc/survey. WestCoast Hospitality Corporation is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, misdirected or mutilated mail, nor for any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this program. Sweepstakes begins on or about December 1, 2002, and ends on April 1, 2003.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be age 18 years of age or older. Employees of WestCoast Hospitality Corporation, WestCoast Hotels, Red Lion Hotels and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and the immediate families of each living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
4. DRAWING: Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about April 20, 2003, by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this promotion. Potential winners will be contacted on or about April 25, 2003, by telephone, mail and/or e-mail. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or if mail is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries. Taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded to three potential winners (one prize per person) in a random drawing: 32" Zenith flat screen TV (model C32V22), approximate retail value: $1,800 USD; Bose Home Entertainment System (model #27724), approximate retail value: $1,000 USD; and Fuji Finepix 2800 Digital Camera, approximate retail value: $600 USD.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and to conform to all international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All licenses, registrations, federal, state, local taxes and international duty are the winner's sole responsibility. There are no prize substitutions, transfers or cash equivalents permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. An Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (unless prohibited) Publicity Release must be completed and returned by each winner within fourteen (14) days after notification or alternate winners will be selected. Unless prohibited, entry into this promotion constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness and address (city, state, country) for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes in the event that this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted or completed as planned for any reason including, without limitation, as a result of computer virus(es), bugs, tampering or technical failures of any kind. If the Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated, notification will be posted at www.westawards.com. In the event that an individual attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in addition to disqualifying such person from participating in this Sweepstakes, reserves the right to seek damages and all other available remedies (whether at law or in equity) against him/her.

RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants and the prize winners acknowledge and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless WestCoast Hospitality Corporation, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and agencies thereof, and the respective officers, employees, directors, shareholders and agents of the foregoing entities, from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes (including without limitation, any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) that may occur from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the state of Washington, and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
